The LEO Trading Online Voucher is a grant scheme offered by the Meath LEO and Louth LEO (Local Enterprise Office) and many other LEO offices nationwide. This is an excellent grow your own business grant that many small businesses from the Meath and Louth areas have benefitted from in recent years.

If you’ve set up a new business within the past six months and need a new and impactful website for your budding new business, the LEO Trading Online Voucher scheme will be off huge benefit to your business.

Your Local Enterprise Office offers a wide suite of business support initiatives and schemes – one of them is the Trading Online Voucher Scheme. This scheme can cover a variety of essential items such as  Website development, Ecommerce (online stores), app development, SEO and Digital Marketing . Financial assistance of up to €2,500 with co-funding from the business are available to encourage new businesses to develop adopt digital functions such as accepting online payments for products, services, integration of a booking system or indeed accelerating your SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to maximum effect.

Note: Standard brochure style websites are not considered applicable on the scheme, unless some form of online payment integration is included .

The LEO TOV scheme is aimed at businesses with the following characteristics:-

• Limited or no e-commerce presence

• 10 or less employees

• Turnover less than €2m

• Applicant business must be trading for at least 6 Months

• Business must be located in the area covered by the LEO to whom they make their application i.e. LEOs cannot accept applications from businesses located outside their jurisdiction.
