Launched in 2022, the Business Psychology Academy (BPA) sets out to create real social change in the working world. They offer a number of psychology and wellness services for working professional, entrepreneurs and organisations so that they can begin to create this change for themselves! Through their online courses and coaching consultations, the BPA helps their clients create compassionate workplace cultures.
A key learning was that the BPA's approach is that people are key to a business's success or failure, and therefor minding your people is crucial to suceed. This learning evolved into a memorable tagline 'People Power Business' and is the concept behind the brand icon. The crest shape, fitting for the aesthetic of an educational academy, comprises of four stacks or buildings which are personified by the addition of dots.
Powerpoint templates, Branded Word templates and Social Media (Canva) templates were delivered to ensure brand consistency at these key customer facing touchpoints.
