Harper Boutique Galway, one of the Ireland's leading fashion destinations for evening wear, debs dresses and everyday clothing, came to Bammedia in 2023 needing more than just a new website. Owner Martina wanted a brand that matched the calibre of the exclusive labels she stocked; Kevan Jon, Exquise, Jovonna London, Sister Jane and more — paired with a modern ecommerce platform that could keep pace with a fast-moving fashion retail business and a social-first customer base.

The rebuilt harper.ie has become a genuine organic growth engine, generating traffic in the thousands of clicks per month directly from Google Search with zero paid spend — testament to a store built with SEO principles baked in from the ground up, not bolted on afterwards. Beyond the numbers, Martina now has a self-sufficient toolkit: on-brand Canva templates that let her team turn around social content in-house, and a Shopify store flexible enough to keep evolving collections, campaigns and seasonal pushes without waiting on a developer for every change.

Branding
Bammedia led a full brand refresh for Harper, refining the existing identity into a cohesive visual system built around a refined colour palette (gold, green and pink variants), custom logo suite and badge marks, and considered typography that speaks to the boutique's premium, occasion-wear positioning. The result is a brand that feels as polished on a swing tag or a shop bag as it does on screen — instantly recognisable, and flexible enough to flex across everything from evening wear to bridesmaid ranges.

Canva
To keep that new identity consistent long after the rebrand was delivered, Bammedia built a suite of branded Canva templates for Harper's team — covering the kind of day-to-day social and marketing assets a busy boutique needs on tap. It meant Martina's team could produce fresh, on-brand content for new arrivals, promotions and seasonal collections without relying on a designer for every post, while keeping the visual identity airtight across every channel.

Ecommerce
The centrepiece of the project was a bespoke Shopify build, structured around Harper's brand-new visual identity and built with organic search performance as a core requirement, not an afterthought — from technical SEO foundations to a considered site structure across collections like new-in, dresses, bridesmaids and wedding guest edits. The store has since become one of Bammedia's clearest ecommerce success stories, regularly pulling in thousands of organic clicks a month and proving that a design-led rebuild and strong SEO can absolutely go hand in hand.
